Practical Info

  • Valid ID cards and passports are needed on all trips abroad.
  • We recommend to all our passengers in a way to have the maximum comfort on board not to bring any food on the bus which can cause discomfort to traveling companions.
  • Also we recommend to not bring hot drinks in order to avoid little accidents with other passengers.
  • The on-board lavatory its only for real emergency cases, as we plan comfort stops on the motorway every 2 hours.
  • For safety reasons we really recommend not to talk to the driver while he is driving.
  • Passengers must remain seated at all times while the coach is in motion and fasten seat belts. Failure to do so may result in injury if the driver has to change speed, brake or stop suddenly. Passengers using the emergency washroom do so at their own risk.
  • Hand luggage should be safely stored under your seat. Heavy items, bottles, etc., should no be stored overhead. Coach aisles must be kept clear of all luggage and personal effects at all times.
  • Prior to departure, your Tour Director will give you more specific details concerning safety procedures: location of emergency hatches/exits, fire extinguishers, hammers, first aid kit. Please take time now to note the location of emergency exits.
  • See “Important Travel Documents” for emergency numbers (European general emergency number: 112).
  • In the event of an accident, should exit from the doors of emergency exits / hatches be impossible, small hammers are provided to break the windows. Large panes, such as the windscreen, must be hit in the corners in order to break the glass.
  • No passengers should remain on the motorcoach during comfort stops, etc.
  • No wheeled hand luggage of any size should be kept inside the motor coach for safety reasons.
  • Do not leave any valuable items on the coach.
